14-day refunds

If SystemWatch isn't right for you, you can get a full refund within 14 days of buying the website edition. No questions asked.

How to ask for one

Email amelia@conecto.chat from the address you used at checkout, or include your order's email address. You don't need to give a reason. Refunds go back to the card or payment method you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

What happens to the license

Once a refund goes through, the license key stops working on every Mac it was activated on, and SystemWatch goes back to its free features.

After 14 days

We still want to hear from you. If something isn't working, write to us and we'll do our best to fix it.

Mac App Store edition

Purchases and subscriptions made through the Mac App Store are handled by Apple. To ask for a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com.

This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
